MDA Summer Camp 
  June 12th, 2008. Once again we are cooking on the last night of camp. 
 We have won the Silver Spatula 2 years in a row. This year Local 3582
 will be trying to become the 1st department to win this award 3 years 
 straight. Club 3582 will be in full effect for the 2nd straight year.

4th of July Parade – 2008
We would like to have a lot of kids participate on the float this year. 
We will once again have tons of beads to throw. We would like to start 
working on the float about 3 weeks early this year. The float needs some 
minor repairs and modifications. 





3rd Annual MDA”Hits for a Cure” charity softball tournament. 
This event will be held on July 26th and 27th, 2008. This tournament is bigger
 than ever; we could sure use some extra help out there this year.






BEACH WEEK 2008 – This will be the 3rd straight year for beach week.
 Beach week will be July 28th thru August 1st, 2008. The motel again is 
the Bon Aire on St. Pete beach. Come out and stay a night or two or just 
come for the day. This year’s theme is family Olympics. Any questions please
